These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Budy website, mobile application ("App"), and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Budy ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the revised Terms.
The Standard Plan includes the following services:

The Services are available to individuals aged 12 years or older. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 12 years of age, or that you have obtained parental consent to use the Services if you are under the age of 18.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to maintain the accuracy of this information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Budy offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. Monthly subscriptions will be billed on a monthly basis.
A 7-day free trial may be available for eligible subscription plans. The free trial is available once per user and will automatically convert to a paid subscription if not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. If you subscribe without a free trial offer, you will be charged immediately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel your subscription during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Budy collects personal information, including fitness goals, health conditions, injuries, allergies, and dietary preferences, to provide you with tailored workout and nutrition plans. This data is used solely to generate personalized recommendations, progress tracking, and motivational notifications.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data is private and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. For more information on how we protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
You agree to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your health, injuries, allergies, and dietary restrictions. If you fail to provide accurate data during onboarding, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes that may result.
The content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or making significant dietary changes.
You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with exercise, physical activity, and dietary changes. By using the Services, you release Budy from any liability related to injuries, health issues, or complications that may arise from your use of the Services.
You are solely responsible for accurately inputting your health information, including any medical conditions, injuries, and allergies. If you fail to do so, Budy will not be liable for any adverse health consequences that may occur.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Services at any time, without prior notice. This includes altering subscription features, pricing, and available content.
We strive to ensure the Services are available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be times when the Services are temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Budy is not responsible for any medical issues, injuries, or adverse health consequences that result from using the Services. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new workout or nutrition plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia.
